Petal was the credit company that cared. They helped people with low credit ratings, cut down on late fees and, reminded their customers to pay on time.
But, Petal's brand suffered. It was seen as the brand for people who were bad with money. Customers were embarrassed to use their petal credit cards on a first date.
So, we repositioned Petal to be for a more savvy consumer.

The campaign was a huge success for Petal. So much so, that they had to stop running the ads. The number of new applications were more than they could fiscally handle.
