To help out we got Micheal Bolton to record an automated message on 866-200-7152. He had some jokes but also explained the incredible deal you could get from Optimum on TV, phone and internet.
The commercial recieved the highest amount of direct calls to Optimum, ever.
The Michael Bolton number recieved 10 times as many calls. Of these, 23% were converted to more Optimum subscriptions.
